INSEPARABLE PROMOTION 🖤
This season if you bring a new subscriber you will get a 30% discount for both of you.
This promotion will be applicable throughout the entire campaign. In order to benefit from this promotion it is essential to do so through the Club offices. To do this, the presence of the subscriber or one of the two new registrations is essential. Discounts will not be applied to passes issued on different days or processed online.
RENEWAL PERIODS
EARLY RENEWAL
JUNE 7 - JULY 8
In this period, all subscriptions that renew will enjoy a cheaper price than in the rest of the campaign. Being able to benefit from the Inseparables Promotion, with up to 30% discount by bringing a new subscriber.
RENEWAL
JULY 8 - JULY 26
Renewal period at standard price until 2:00 p.m. on July 26, deadline for reserving a seat and subscriber number. Being able to benefit from the Inseparables Promotion, with up to 30% discount by bringing a new subscriber.
CHANGES IN LOCATION AND/OR LOCATION
JULY 29 - AUGUST 2
Period reserved only for those subscribers who wish to change town and/or location. It will be carried out in person at the Stadium offices.
ADVANTAGES FOR SUBSCRIBER FAMILIES
General category subscribers for 2023/24 will have advantages for their first and second degree relatives. They will get a 10% discount on the first family member; and a 20% discount from the second onwards.

This discount will only be applicable to renewals in person at our offices. In addition, it will be necessary to carry out all renewals at the same time to access the discount. Discounts will not be applied to passes issued on different days or processed online.
SPECIAL PASS
For young people from 15 to 25 years old, people over 65 years old, unemployed, people with disabilities and people residing outside the Cartagena Region.
EXPANSION SUBSCRIPTION
Includes 3 matches on high sides or high bottoms for €65.
To be able to access this card, it must be proven through an official document (registration, ID, electricity, water, gas receipts, rental contract...) that the fan's residence is outside the Region of Cartagena, and send it to infoentradas@futbolclubcartagena.com. This procedure can also be carried out at the Club offices.

ID No.: See on the back of the physical season ticket or request it by email infoentradas@futbolclubcartagena.com indicating name, surname and subscriber number for the 23/24 season.
PIN: The last 4 digits of the subscriber's DNI.

You can renew and purchase new subscriptions online for the entire duration of the 2024/25 Renewal and Subscription Campaign.
The Club recommends using the online system for greater comfort and security. We remember that through the online sales website you can request the sending of the physical subscription.
It is mandatory to complete all the required information on the website when purchasing the subscription. The subscriber will be able to collect his card 24 hours after making the payment. It is essential to present your DNI and the physical or digital payment document to collect the subscription.

For renewals, changes and registrations.Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4:30-8:30 p.m.
And on Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
FC Cartagena SAD, faced with unexpected circumstances not attributable to it, will not refund the amounts paid by the subscriber, committing to make the economic discounts specified in the next season's subscription.
FC Cartagena SAD is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of the season ticket. The administrative cost of the duplicate will be €5. FC Cartagena SAD reserves the right to cancel any type of subscription due to Government Communication, misuse or that contravenes current regulations reflected in the Regulations for the Prevention of Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sports ( RD 203/2010 of February 26). On match days, FC Cartagena SAD is not responsible for the loss or forgetfulness of the season ticket. Bonuses, discounts or promotions will not be cumulative with each other, unless previously communicated.
